The gap
Most goalkeepers spend their summer just training. No plan, no purpose, no structure. Then they turn up to their first session of preseason with the same problems they faced last season, carrying the same habits and mental blocks. Six weeks later, they're out the team and the shirt belongs to someone else.
The keepers who consistently deliver through a season are not more talented. They are just more prepared. They know how to turn challenges into opportunities because they spent their summer not only training, but working on their mindset. That is the edge.
What five days covers
On the grass
Handling, footwork, crosses, distribution, and shot stopping. 1–2 sessions a day, helping you train all the fundamental skills you'll need for the season ahead.
Between the ears
Build confidence, reduce fear and anxiety, improve decision-making, and learn how to reset after mistakes. Real skills you can use on the pitch, not just theory delivered on a whiteboard.
In the tank
Speed, strength and conditioning built around what a keeper actually does. You leave with a physical baseline and a return-to-training plan you can hold through August.
Fuel your season
Pool sessions after training to support your recovery. Two championship golf courses to unwind. Team building and networking with likeminded, forward-thinking goalkeepers.

“I've loved it. The training, the mindset sessions, the facilities and golf. It's all been top. I've learned so much mindset wise that I can now implement into my thinking. I enjoy the company of each and every staff member on the trip and I have formed a connection with every single one of them. The boys have been incredible to work with and I haven't felt judged by anyone for anything I've shared. The trip has exceeded my expectations of what I thought it was going to be.”Marcus Hill — Crystal Palace FC
“The balance between training, learning and free time has been excellent. I'd love to be here for even longer! It's been great to get me into thinking and living football again before the season starts. I've learned so much from KP, Rob and Martin that I had never thought about before the camp. The lads are all great and the nature of the group was brilliant because you can learn from one another. I feel more prepared than ever for the season ahead.”Sebastian Auton — Grimsby Town FC
“The set up is unbelievable and exactly what I was looking for. The on pitch stuff and classroom sessions are so unique. Personally the chats with KP and Rob have been the most important to me, and they've really helped me get more out of my goalkeeping through changing my head. Top people + good environment = enjoy working and bettering yourself.”Jordan Amissah — Dundee United FC

The base
Alcantarilha, Algarve. Twenty-five minutes from Faro airport. Grass pitches, a pitch-side gym, a sports centre, pool, private dining and full-board accommodation — all on one site. Nothing to travel to, nothing to find your own way to.
Everything is organised before you arrive. Transfers, meals, kit, training, recovery and downtime are all handled, so from the moment you land there is nothing to arrange, nothing to worry about, and nothing to think about except your goalkeeping.
Sixteen goalkeepers, one group, five days. You train alongside other pros from professional clubs, every one of you coached individually in every session. You go home with a standard to measure yourself against and a group of goalkeepers chasing exactly the same thing you are.

It is delivered on the grass, in the session, at the moment it matters — not as a talk you forget by Tuesday. You work on the controllables a keeper has in every game: preparation, positioning, communication, and the decision to reset after every ball. You leave with routines you can use in a match, written down.
